I had no problem with these guys. Sunnies received 5 days after my order! And the quality is beyond perfection. didn't even have to contact customer service.

Terrible customer service, like Golferman01, received notification that what they had sold me wasn't in stock about two weeks after hearing nothing from them following the transaction. Made several inquiries as to how long until they would arrive to receive a generic and impersonal email every time which didn't answer my question. Finally made a complaint only to receive another generic and impersonal email which didn't answer any of my questions or provide any explanation as to why I was receiving such abysmal service. Don buy off smart buy, I still haven't got my glasses as of today, two months after I made the order.
