The Performing Arts School of New Zealand is New Zealand's largest and most-established provider of short courses in the performing arts. We offer an extensive programme that gives you the opportunity to ACT, DANCE, SING and PERFORM. Plus we also have wonderful CIRCUS ARTS and BODY CONDITIONING classes.
We employ NZ's best, industry trained teachers who are committed to providing outstanding and innovative courses. Throughout our 19 year history many of our students have gone on to tertiary training and successful careers in dance, theatre, television and film. Others have simply experienced the thrill of live performance, built new skills and self-confidence, or enjoyed the fun of shared learning in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Our programme of courses, youth companies and holiday workshops are designed to suit people of all ages and abilities and are all offered from custom built premises at The Auckland Performing Arts Centre (TAPAC), in Western Springs opposite the Zoo.
