We are a New Zealand Veterinary Association "Best Practice" Accredited Vets Clinic and we aim to provide up-to-date care for your pet in sickness and in health, in a personal and caring environment.
The vets clinic is fully equipped for the diagnosis and treatment of your pet's problems.
We have a well-equipped operating theatre with;
modern anaesthetic equipment
an x-ray machine
a second operating theatre for non-sterile surgery
and hospitalisation facilities.
A separate isolation ward is used for animals with infectious disease.
Our qualified Veterinary Nurses ensure good care of in-patients. An in-house vet laboratory allows us to carry out a range of diagnostic tests.
BOARDING CATTERY
We have a ten cage boarding cattery attached to the clinic.
Here we provide high standard, veterinary-supervised accommodation for your cat while you enjoy your holiday.
You are welcome to inspect the accommodation prior to your cat's stay.
PUPPY PRE SCHOOL
The early socialisation of puppies is vital in the development of a happy, well-adjusted dog.
Puppy Pre-School is designed to encourage this. It is specifically designed for puppies aged between 8 - 16 weeks, as this is recognised as being the most important socialisation period in a pup's life.
Classes are held at the Clinic. Class sizes range between 3 and 5 puppies. The classes run for four weeks with each session lasting 45 minutes to one hour.
