We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports related injuries, including: sprains, strains, back pain, neck pain, gradual process disorders etc.

Some of our specialties are:

- Muscle balance / re-activation using dry needling, works very well for disorders that you have been struggled with for a long time, such as chronic low back pain, neck pain, hip pain, leg length discrepancies etc.

- Desensitisation of central and peripheral neural structures and conditions involving abnormal neuromuscular controls, such as thoracic outlet syndrome, repeative sprain injuries (RSI), carpal tunnel syndrome etc. We manage such conditions with manual therapy +/- acupuncture and approach holistically.

- Complete management for recurrent / stubborn sports injuries, for example, recurrent sprains, instabilities, dislocations, tendinosis / tendinitis / tendiopathy, rotator cuff disorders, spondylolithesis etc.

All our staff are very experienced and have post-graduate qualifications.
