16th April 2013 Matthew has been doing WOFs on my lower back for at least eight years now. Due to a peculiar pelvic structure, I really need to see him about 3-4 times a year so as to keep my lower back pain free and flexible. This became particularly apparent when I was overseas for a year, had no work done on my back and came back with all sorts of issues. It took a while to get back to where I was before I went away, and in the three years since with a regular WOF programme back in place, everything is going well. For myself and other family members he has also sorted out a sprained ankle, strained shoulder, rotator cuff injury and the grumpiest neck he has ever seen in a 16 year old. At all times delivered with humour, useful health care info, and integrity. Highly recommended.
Matthew obtained a Diploma in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy, United Kingdom in 1992 and has been a registered Osteopath in New Zealand since 1993.

14th March 2013 I have just recently started going to Matthew for my neck and shoulders. What a competent and caring man! He took the time to listen to me and find out about me as a person first. All of the manipultions and massage have been first rate and I felt a million dollars after the first visit. He was highly reccommended by friends (even ex-pats) and I would now also highly reccommend him to anyone who needs an osteopath. I actually look forward to my next visit.

2nd February 2013 I find Matthew very good for acupuncture, he is always very professional and caring. His work as an osteopath is always good and he came highly recommended from another friend and I have not regretted going to him.

26th January 2013 Both my husband and I have been going to Matthew for almost 10 years now. We both find him to be polite and welcoming every time we visit his surgery and he genuinely cares about his patients. He has a calming nature with all his patients. He is always open and honest about whether he can help you. I have recommended numerous friends and work colleagues to Matthew and none of them have been disappointed. We certainly won't go anywhere else!! Thanks Matthew!!

25th January 2013 I highly recommend Matthew as an osteopath. He is very approachable, friendly and just tells you how it is along with giving fascinating explanations. His "clinic" is very clean, tidy and has a relaxing atmosphere. I have a lower back problem that is improving thanks to Matthews care.

24th January 2013 I have been going to Matthew for almost 13 years with a range of neck and shoulder problems. He is very good at identifying the underlying problem and will suggest a range of possible treatments that would best ease the pain. I had a particularly unusual arm/shoulder problem a few years ago and he figured out what the problem was, where two doctors had failed. He can help clients apply for ACC where appropriate. His rooms are clean and comfortable and parking is generally pretty easy. Matthew is also very gentle with babies and small children. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other people.

24th January 2013 I (along with the rest of my family!) have been going to Matthew for the past 8 years to treat varous back and neck injuries. I also find a 6 monthly re-alignment stops me from getting headaches. He is professional, kind, and even though i now live an hour away i would not trust anyone else 'with my back! I reccommend Matthew to anyone who asks. I cannot speak highly enough of him. Catie McDonald

22nd January 2013 I've been going to Matthew for a decade now cause he's an excellent Osteo ! He's really intuitive and has lots of different skills to approach your various back injuries with. Sometimes he does muscular work, sometimes acapuncture, sometimes gentle realignment, sometimes a combo of all three. He always sends me reminder emails of appointments and his rooms are in a suburban street not a busy shopping area, so I get free parking right outside every time. I confidently recommend him to people and they find him as excellent as I do. If you want a highly skilled and genuinely caring Osteopath, go see Matthew ! Sarah Smith
