I've dined here 3 times now and each time the service has been amazing. The first time was for dinner, the 2nd time it was a private function and then in December 2011 we went there for dinner again. My baby (who turned 11 months in December) was welcomed and the high-chair we had booked when making the reservation was at our table when we arrived.
Each time we were welcomed and seated in less than 5mins. The food is delicious. It is buffet style and there is plenty of variety to please anyone's taste. The entertainment (1 man band) is excellent and there's even a dance floor for people to work off some of their dinner / dessert. The price is very good for the quality of food and service you get. It is clean and tidy & I will definitely be going there again in the future.
The only negative thing I can think of is its a bit hard to find the entrance as its just a door with steep stairs heading up to the 2nd level... but once you've found it you won't be disappointed.
