9th November 2011 What a great restaurant and bar in Hillcrest. we stopped for lunch on the way past, coffee was made to perfection, the menu had a amazing range of fresh food options. We will have to go back to try more of the great food on your menu.
The owner was friendly and interacted well with us.

Owner operator Jaimee Poole has a long history in the cafe and restaurant industry including working in the hospitality industry in England and Australia for the past 5 years. Jamiee has now returned to New Zealand bringing a wealth of knowledge to the food industry. We invite you to drop into the Homestead Bar and Eatery to enjoy the atmosphere and amazing range of daily fresh food on offer.
Homestead Bar and Eatery is located on the corner of Cambridge and Morrinsville Roads at Hillcrest Hamilton. Come and join us for breakfast, a morning coffee or something from our fabulous dinner menu.
The atmosphere is relaxed so stop in for a drink at the bar if you feel like winding down on the way home from work... and make sure you try some of our famous curly fries!

8th November 2011 I have been there many of times in the last 2 months & the new owner has done a great job, looks very nice inside! the new owner has done wonders with the menu, food, prices etc! It is the best atmosphere the food is great and the service is even better! the prices are very affordable :) will definatley spread the word about ur awesome place, and will return..time and time again, will be seeing you all there! :)

21st September 2010 Delicious curly fries and awesome range of drinks available. Good customer service, feels more like a bar than a restaurant- not that that's a bad thing.
