They need some help... i went in the dairy instead of the service station next door simply to help a dairy....i am not Kiwi and could not understand the replies to my questions...value of some sweets at the counter and inquiring some sour sweets. when i asked again the lady at the counter got annoyed and joined by the husband later... they refused to serve me. that is fine... i was called rude for not understanding their english.... the good side is that my tiredness just vanished for the whole day... rude awakening i could say...i guess they do not understand their engish pronunciation is not standard! poor souls... visit the shop and help them with english
