12th February 2012 I first heard about Julian Bartrom from his brother Ray, who is now my husband. I quote Ray: "My brother Julian is a very talented jeweler. He will be famous one day!" After getting to know Julian and his work, I couldn't agree more with that statement. When Ray and I decided to be married, we knew who was going to make my engagement ring and our wedding bands. It sure is nice to have a talented jeweler in the family. :)
Due to living on different continents, most of our discussions happened over skype, which could seem challenging but Julian made it a very pleasant experience. His professional demeanor, knowledge, patience and understanding made me trust him entirely. I learned a lot about diamonds throughout the process. I hadn't realized how many different types and cuts of diamonds there are. Julian's detailed descriptions and advice were extremely helpful. His work comes from his heart; his passion to create life lasting pieces of art and to provide an excellent client experience are his forte.
When I first saw my engagement ring, it took my breath away and left me speechless for a few minutes. Albeit my expectations were high, it turned out so much better than I could ever imagine. It's not just the dazzling diamond but also Julian's magic touch and pure love for his work that animated the ring. Thank you Julian for giving us the gift of life long beauty and memories! Julian made reality of what we had visualized and the end result was even more amazing than we had expected. His service was outstanding. He listened well to all our ideas, incorporated them into the design, came up with exciting additional design suggestions, had us try our rings on to make sure the sizing was perfect before they were set and polished, had them engraved and valued. And all of that in the space of 4 weeks, so that they were ready at Christmas. I am recommending Julian to all my friends. He is an upcoming artist that has great potential and it won't take long before he will be recognized internationally.

Superb customer service: attention to detail in interpreting my requirements, very knowledgeable about metals and gems and obviously a skilled craftsman.
