Marz was fantastic. I walked in about 1.30pm having bought a Pioneer sub, Pioneer rear speakers and a new amp for my 300zx. I needed the front speakers wired to the headunit and needed the sub and new rear speakers wired to the amp with the sub mounted to the car. This was all gear purchased elsewhere and Marz charged HALF the cost of other installers. Pauls Audio wanted $350+ for this job and About Sound said the job was far too much effort. The job was completed in 3 hours and the stereo sounds fantastic. I will be asking Wavetech Imports to recommend these guys. Very happy.

I cannot agree more with the previous reviewer. They are truly horrible to deal with. In one word, I would suggest they are 'unprofessional'. From the moment I walked into the store I was made to feel I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Initially the person that attended me was an alarm-installer and didn't know anything about the car stereos they were selling, so he couldn't answer any of my questions about the products they were selling. When the shop manager finally turned up (30 mins later) with who I suspect was his girlfriend there were 3 people standing there just watching me as I was asking questions about the stereos. I felt very awkward. It was as if they had nothing else to do, they were just staring at me and I felt very uncomfortable. Over half of the stereos on display weren't even connected to power so he couldn't demonstrate how they worked or sounded which I would have thought defeats the purpose of a showroom. What was worse, he couldn't be bothered to connect them up to show me either. He just waited for me to ask every single question without suggesting or asking me what I was looking for so no points for friendliness or customer service. Based on that experience alone I decided to leave the shop and am pleased to advise that I didn't buy anything from them. I would suggest caution when dealing with these people.

Horrible to deal with. Spent over $600 upgrading my car stereo with these people. Tweeters had very bad static when I went back to pick the car up and it was sounding terrible. When I suggested the install wasn't done properly, the employee got very aggressive and said that was definitely not the case and that I needed a new head unit. Well, I took it in to a more professional team and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. They said the work I had done was "amateur". Don't deal with ProTect unless you want to be disappointed ... !
