30th November 2010 Bibleworld in Rotorua is a great learning experience, and a superb way of spending an hour or so out of the usual Rotorua tourist venues. Walk through the doors and enter a small slice of ancient Palestine, smell, look at, touch, and interact with a range of interesting artefacts and experiences. We think this is a great little museum - up there with the world's best, because it is professional, engaging, accessible, informative and fun. Well done Sarah and Ross!

12th November 2010 "Bibleworld musuem is a superb venture designed to educate people on the true culture of biblical era. Built on a substantial collection of both genuine and replicated artifacts, this museum is thought provoking and fun. Children and adults alike can explore this fascinating era of history through interactive displays such as trying on armour and learning to write in hieroglyphics. In addition, displays are highly informative and thoroughly researched. The curators of the museum will entertain you with facts and stories of their travels throughout the Bible lands, meaning that the experience in this museum extends into the oral dimension. All in all, Bibleworld is well worth a visit"

2nd November 2010 Really worth while visiting. Seeing the genuine artifacts (and models of Bible lands) with explanations clarifies so much from the Bible. If you can, talk with the owners who have a wealth of knowledge and are only too happy to expand on the exhibits.
A must see if in Rotorua

29th October 2010 HIghly recommended for locals and visitors alike. The Bibleworld Museum presents Roman and early Hebrew history from an archeological perspective. The displays are interactive, informative and entertaining. The section on warfare in ancient times fascinated me: the entire collection of weapons, coins, scrolls, and even a military surgeon's instruments is authentic. Ross and Sarah have a wealth of knowledge, and share it willingly. Well worth the few dollars charged for entry.

29th October 2010 The Bibleworld Museum and Discovery Centre is a small but interesting learning centre well worth a visit for anyone who has an interrest in history and how the everyday world looked and worked during the "Bible" times. Ross and Sarah Nightingale also present a range of interactive evening courses which I have found helpfull to gain a better pespective and understanding of the insights gained from archaeological discoveries relating to the biblical accounts.
