Highly effective. Highly recommended.
I am periodically subject to episodes of back pain, due to structural conditions developed in youth. As such, I have been helped by osteopathic treatments for almost two decades (treatments that, together with dedicated exercise, help me minimizing the frequency and duration of pain episodes).
In light of my experience as a patient, I must recommend Ms Griffiths as the best practitioner I had so far. In my visit to New Zealand I suffered from an acute and persistent back pain episode: in a limited number of sessions, Ms Griffiths brought me back to full functionality. And the effectiveness of the treatment was much longer-lasting than in most other experiences. Courtesy was a pleasant add-on.

I know Natalie socially and in her professional capacity as my Osteopath. Her holistic approach to Osteopathy is very comforting. It reassures me that the treatment she is administering is with carful and thorough consideration to my situation on an emotional and physical level. Her warm and caring nature puts me at ease and I always leave my treatment feeling an overall calmness and more comfortable then when I walked in.
