Around me I've built a team of very experienced, local sub contractors, who know the standards I demand and who share my passion for fine detail. Being local also means I care about keeping business local and the benefits accrued to everyone from that.
Lockwood is the Flagship brand of Peter Richards Builders. You could say I teethed on it. So after 30 years building Lockwoods theres a lot of passion and knowledge built in. Over those 30 years I've been involved in many different building projects, from lifts at Turoa Skifields, farm buildings, renovations and additions, large commercial buildings and some homes of real distinction.
We have been a Registered Master Builder since 1980 and over those years have won many awards including many Gold Award Catagories and National Category Winners.
