14th September 2010 It is a pleasure for us to provide a testimonial for Shanan White and High Caliber Construction.
We recently undertook a major addition and renovation to our home in Hamilton employing High Caliber Construction, and we are pleased to say we are very happy with the professional job done by Shanan and his team.
Any renovation project is usually a time of disruption, yet over the 20 weeks Shanan and his team were very accommodating, given that we remained living in the house for all but 3 weeks of the total job.
Renovating also posses unforeseen issues not necessarily accounted or allowed for in the design and pricing stages, yet Shanan assisted in many practical ways to overcome hurdles as they arose. The advice and solutions that eventuated meant for a very smooth running project. A great degree of mutual thought went in to challenges that arose, which was a credit to Shanan and his young team.
High Caliber also posses additional skills, where we managed to keep the range of subcontractors to a minimum.
We would use High Caliber again, and would definitely recommend them to other potential clients. Their integrity and professional manner is first rate, and we can honestly say that we were pleasantly surprised by how easy they made the whole project for our family.
