Terrible Customer Service recieved. Having been hit by a car, already a traumatic experience in itself, I have recieved no communication or updates the repair process and after multiple phone calls (none of which have been returned) I find out that after 3 weeks of having my bike in the shop, all they have done is take photos of the damage! Extremely Slack!
