We have bikes & kayaks available for use, and are walking distance to restaurants and shopping and the town centre. There are three golf courses, a marina, regional parks, and 12 different beaches all close by.
The house was completed in 2008 so everything is brand new and state of the art. Situated on an absolute cliff top section back from the road so is extremely quiet. The house enjoys all day sun, and has large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, perfect for BBQ's. The inside living area/kitchen is open plan opening on to the front lawn with views out to the Hauraki. There is plenty of parking available with room for at least 5 cars.
