Bella Rakha is a Retreat Centre and Creative Venue, situated at the base of the Waitakere Ranges in Oratia. The 32 acre property (formally known as Knock Na Gree) has beautiful grounds with mature trees, rolling hills and fields and bordered by Oratia stream. We are easy to access, only 25mins from the CBD, but feel like you have truely left the city behind. Our facilities cater for 40 people overnight, with a large carpeted hall which opens onto a covered veranda and tranquil setting. A new entertaining courtyard with BBQs for social groups, a chapel for meditative work and a rec room which also serves as a private space for retreat leader accommoation. Self cater in our large kitchen or we can arrange catering for your event.
Group bookings for overnight residential workshops or retreats. Day bookings for facilities hire of meeting room and outdoor courtyard.
