Im totally not used to dropping in a guitar for a set-up and getting it back in a 24 hour period! Service was excellent, details of what was done was set out in a clear, professional manner, and best of all he actually listened to what I wanted. (This has not always been the case for me with other luthiers.) After dealing with various other un-named luthier services in Wellington for the last 15 odd years, Kenny provided by far the best service.Now the other guys have some competition, though I think after customers try Kenny once, these other places may well find themselves with some time on their hands. Best service and definitely best results. Oh yeah, was also much cheaper, and best of all, was fast as hell. You would be a fool to go anywhere else.
