Hireace Wellington City have appalling customer service. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. My constructive suggestion would be, bad day or not treat your customers with some respect and common courtesy. Having spoken to many vehicle companies today, hireace was by far the worst and therefore lost my business. I would rather use a company that values their customers and is able to offer helpful assistance.

Very bad experience. Staffs were not at all friendly. We cancelled our booking just 6 hours before, which was our bad, but we got charged the full amount which was ridiculous. $10 or $ 20 or even half the amount would have been fair enough but to charge the full amount was completely nuisance. Also they don't have the option to return vans after 6 in the evening, which is shame, BP, Mobile etc are 24 hrs open and u can go and return tailer anytime. Will not suggest to nay friends at all.
