Tai Chi practice improves overall health by exercising the body and its systems through a calm relaxed medium of fluid movement. Tai Chi movement is adaptable to suit young or old and all in between.
At our fully equipped Martial Arts centre in Wairau Park Glenfield, we teach martial art forms including; Kenpo Karate 5.0, Shaolin Chuan Fa, Tai Chi, and Chi Gung.
Junior students are age grouped and syllabus is adapted to suit those particular groups and learning abilities. We also provide an age specific character development program.
