i use this company frequently,in my opinion they are specialists in this field.I have been amazed at some of the extreme salvages I have seen them accomplish without causing any extra damage.I have used their services at all hours of the day and night,when the weather has been hideous,never a problem and always on time.

I called Pakuranga Towing Services on Monday to book a truck for the following Friday. My details (including phone number) were taken and I was told that I would be called nearer the time to confirm. By Friday, I had received no calls from them and they were not answering the phone. I managed to get through, well after the truck was due, and I was told that they were having trouble with their phones and that insurance callouts had taken priority over my booking. I was told that they could have a truck to me within the hour. So far, no truck and no communication, but I wasn't in a hurry so I could afford to wait an hour. The truck still doesn't come, so I called again and this time, I'm told I should have contacted them earlier in the week to confirm my booking. When I questioned this and said that they were going to call me, they refused to accept responsibility, citing a list of excuses and ended up by accusing me of lying. Pakuranga Towing Services gets the lowest possible rating from me, for a nonexistent service and for an attitude that was, at best, unapologetic and at worst, actively hostile. If you need a tow truck in East Auckland, look elsewhere.
