They were a disappointment - didn't come on time, didn't call when the part came in - four weeks later - and didnt come when they saId they would to install it. I just kept getting, we'll get in touch with our technician and call you back, I never heard back from them. I literally waited the whole day. A phone call to say that they couldn't do the job would have been appreciated.

I have received very poor service from this company. Paid for my fridge to be fixed in Nov 11 (twice) and it is now Mar 12 still not fixed and after several promises I still do not have my fridge fixed. They have been promising from Dec 11 that they will come and fix it at no charge .... however this never happened. I am totally frusterated and at wits end now. Thus this note very poor service and will never recomend them.

Avoid. Bad at returning phone calls and not turning up when they promised, they finally returned our broken fridge having turned it into a freezer. Now having to use another company to repair.
