I have been sleeping on my fantastic INNATURE mattress for several years now and I just love it- it's so warm, and so supporting and so natural - I can't wait to go to bed. At our holiday bach we have an expensive inner spring mattress and we hat how cold and drafty it is and it gives us such neck ache too....uggg Did you know the Nazis invented the inner spring mattress in order to give every person in Germany a very cheap something to sleep on, in order to save money....

I purchased 2 buckwheat pillows off Innature and was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and our order arrived promptly and in great condition. The pillows have been fantastic and we have noticed great effects from changing to natural pillows. Highly recommend Innature and natural bedding.

Wonderful products! I am so happy with my purchase. I bought a bed and a mattress and I sleep really well on them. My back has become much better, too. I visited the showroom and got a lot of knowledgeable advice about the products. My bed and mattress were made to order and I received them on the day I was promised. Very happy!

I have so far had a stressful experience with this company - their products looked fantastic & I decided to order a moses basket for baby with mattress. On a Thursday evening I sent an email requesting to purchase, and by the following Monday had not heard back so decided to call & purchase by telephone. My credit card details & contact/email details were all taken and by Tuesday the purchase had come out of my card. I paid $30 for rural courier delivery, and was told I would receive the product by the Friday. On Friday afternoon I called & said I had not received the email-receipt I had requested, and asked where my purchase was - only to be told that there had been a 'delay in completing your order' and it would be sent today (that Friday) and arrive on Monday which frustrated me as I had not had any contact from the company. Today is now Tuesday and I still have not received my purchase, the email I last received, with the receipt, advised that it is in the hands of a courier so therefore beyond the Company's control but I am most disappointed at lack of contact or consideration for the customer. I would have purchased an In-Store product if I knew that ordering from afar was going to be so much trouble!

Dear Natasja, We are sorry you had a stressful experience - it was not our intention. :-) We hand make our products and production takes a few days. We received the order and payment and made all goods in 5 working days. I was hoping we will make it sooner but our baby mattress maker had 2 days off as she didn't feel well which I had explained (and had apologized for) when you contacted us. At that point all was packed and was waiting for the courier to come. I emailed you all "track and trace" details and the receipt. The charge of $30 is the charge of Fast Way courier services, we do not charge extra. I offered you to contact us if you didn't receive order on Monday. Contact was never made... I also need to say that you live in very rural location and I "track and trace" this parcel in this moment (Tuesday, it was sent on Friday) and courier services say : "Rural freight onforward - Your parcel has been transferred to a rural contractor for delivery. Please note that delivery standards may vary for some rural destinations." So... Moses basket and organic mattress are not far away. :-) Warm regards, Sukhita Derova /INNATURE Ltd
