29th June 2010 Great service, came to our house on the Shore to replace a burnt out pump and had all the parts needed with him. Problem was fixed in less than an hour! He also had a mobile eftpos machine too which was pretty cool. Didn't break the bank and he charged part hours AND offers a year warranty on the pump. I wouldn't suggest anyone else if your F&P machine needs help.

28th May 2009 I would recommend A1 to everyone, the service I received was friendly, professional and trustworthy.
I thought my smart drive 503 had a burnt out drain pump, so I removed it to compare a replacement with. When I turned up, the guy tested it for free, and it was fine. Another customer turned up with a similar machine and the same problem as mine (drain pump not starting). While he fixed their one he invited me to watch.
In short, both machines has a small piece of rubbish lodged against the pump impeller, preventing it from turning. So I just had to remove obstruction from above, put pump back and my machine worked perfectly. Which saved me having to buy a new pump I didn't actually need!
