What a pleasure dealing with a business that is prompt and provides great service. These guys really value their customers and go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our TV & Surround sound installation, with great communication the whole way - hard to find these days!

Asked for a quote for freeview and internet connection. He sat down at computer and connected the wireless, at no stage he said I would be charged, after all I just wanted a quote, then looked at freeview connection. At most 20 minutes of his time. Then sent a quote as well as account for internet connection - 30 minutes labour and travel costs. When I sent an email to question he doesn't respond. Would not recommend his business to anyone. He obviously doesn't know the consumer rights regarding doing work when not asked for.
