Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and a client. Within this trusting relationship both of us work to understand why you think, feel and relate in the way you do. This helps us both make meaning and sense of the difficulties you are experiencing in your life.

I believe every person has within themselves the potential to feel more 'whole', to live more authentically and ultimately to lead more fulfilled lives. Our longing for this can become blocked by unresolved issues from the past, cyclical thoughts, behaviour or feelings, which deny us feeling like our true selves.

I work with men, women, couples, and adolescents and families. I have worked in Central and South Auckland during the past 8 years, which has given me a broad knowledge of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures and ethnicity.
