Men, Women and Grief is a local Charitable Trust run by volunteers who themselves have been through a Bereavement of some kind. We fill a much needed gap in the bereavement cycle and wish to reach out to help those in the community who are in need of relief from the pain of loss.

Men Women & Grief offer regular support groups and Good Grief Workshops all year round.
