24th September 2009 I chose Aeroparks after reading good reviews for them, poor reviews for others as well as a poor experience with one of the others, who treated us and our car as though we were a nuisance. I returned from overseas at around1AM yesterday morning and dialled the shortcode with a little trepidation, not wanting to be standing outside in the cold with my family including a 1 year old baby.
I needn't have worried. The van was there within minutes of the reply text message and within a short time was reunited with my car and on my way. The service was prompt and efficient and the staff treated us like valued customers.
I will be back using Aeroparks many times and sorry I hadn't tried them sooner.

1st March 2012 Have used this place a couple of times - found pick-up drop-off very good, staff friendly - my only complaint is that you have to go and find your own car, which is sometimes some distance away and you're not given very clear instructions on where it is.

25th February 2009 So easy to book and use this service. I booked online and on the day just turned up at their depot - the team at Aeroparks did the rest. The shuttle service to the terminal was fast and efficient and the retunr pick up was so easy with their arrival text message which meant I wasn't standing around waiting for them. 15th January 2009 I used Aeroparks over the Xmas break for 10 days ($6 a day) and found the whole service fantastic. I initially had misgivings as I usually park in the actual Airport carpark, and was worried about the transfer/timings etc but these guys have it all worked out for you! I booked it online, printed off my confirmation with all relevant details and then just turned up on the day.
You just drive in, they load your bags and then off you go to the Airport in a brand new, comfortable mini van which only takes a few minutes!
I also took the opportunity to have my car groomed which turned out to be cost effective and very timely! Will definitely use again.
