Chilli Jam(TM)s revolutionary fusion burgers have been adapted from the ordinary bread bun burger by using fresh and tasty Asian ingredients, and replacing the bread buns with rice buns (gluten free).
The rice is steamed and moulded into round buns then grilled to give a crispy exterior and soft center, delicately flavored to provide a healthy platform for the filling to come.

Our chef has created a range of gourmet salsas, pestos and sauces with which to pair with your choice of meat or seafood.
