5th June 2012 We have had the pleasure of being paitents of Westview since Vivek Laud joined the practice (approx 5ish years). The staff are friendly and helpful especially Chris, Kara and Suri (it cant be an easy job!!!). It is so easy to have all the services in one building (an xray would be nice for the paitents with clumsy children ME). We have used 4 of the other professionals in the building and have found them to be as helpful and knowledgeable as our GP and back up GP (Douglas) for when Vivek is unavailable. Continue the great work people, with winter here we will be sure to see you many times in the next few months.

18th April 2012 This afternoon I came to the medical centre to change a dressing on my leg and asked the nurse if I could please have an ear syringe as I was given a waxsol liquid last Friday to use so when I come to change the dressing I may be able to do the ear syringe as well unfortunately as it was a bit late(5:00pm) I have to make an appt for Friday 20th when I come to remove the stitches. I went to the front desk to book an appt for this Friday 20th April I was given an early appt of 8:45am which was great as I have to go to work however when I asked about the ear syringe I was rudely told by this woman in the front desk, no I can't have an ear syringe on Friday no reason given I have to ask,, and again met with a rude tone of voice reply of, coz we are busy on Friday I don't know how long it takes to do an ear syringe but come on!! surely the nurse should be able to do this at the same time without me having to make another appt to do an ear syringe? and pay another $10 or $15 I said ok maybe I'll ask the nurse nicely and maybe she will do it however this woman, your front desk customer service person, first point of contact for all patients person, rudely forbid me to even ask the nurse myself, absolutely ridiculous!!
