The firm of Brian Ranford and Susie Mills, Kapiti Law, has been providing legal services in the Kapiti, Horowhenua and Wellington districts for over 10 years.
In 2006 Brian bought the firm from its founder, Susie Mills and in 2007 Jane Stevenson joined Brian in the practice, becoming a Partner from 1 April 2008.
Brian had previously been a Solicitor in the Wellington Firm of Brandons for a period of seven years and then practiced law on his own account in Wellington for 24 years.
Jane had practiced in a range of environments including large and small law firms and had a role as in-house counsel for a property development and investment company. Brian and Jane’s combined experience exceeds 60 years in the law.
Michelle Curtis, as the firm’s Senior Legal Executive also brings a wealth of practical experience to the firm, having worked for 28 years in law offices in Wellington in a variety of roles including for the last 11 years, in property, trust and business transactions.
