Ponsonby Physiotherapy's team of experienced physiotherapists can help you to set goals for your well-being, and design programmes to ensure you achieve them. We make sure that the programme is customized to every client by getting to the root cause of the problem, determining the most effective treatment and targeting it with the right strategies to prevent recurrence.

Our team of Physiotherapists come with unparalleled experience and specialised skills, each with more than five years clinical experience, most more than fifteen. All therapists have postgraduate training in their chosen areas of expertise and are committed to keeping up to date with the latest clinical research and techniques. We now also have a Podiatrist working in the clinic.

ACC and Private treatment fees
Ponsonby Physiotherapy is a registered ACC provider. ACC subsidies are available for all treatments required as a result of accident or injury.

Charges will depend on the length of appointment required to deal with the complexity of your injury. We like to allow 40 minutes for an initial consultation and treatment, and 30 minutes for follow-up treatment sessions.

Been seeing them on and off for 3 years. I won't go to anyone else ever again, and they are the only physio I'd ever refer someone to. Great friendly team, and always fix the injury no matter what. Great Pilates classes as well!
