'Change@work' is a division of Workplace Connections Ltd, providing a range of resources and practical support services to aid successful workplace change management and individual career planning or life/work transition. The goal is to enable both organisations and individuals to move ahead positively.

Our consultants assist by working in a partnership with the management team of our client organisations, providing expertise, training, resource material and personal mentoring. As specialist EAP consultants and accredited career practitioners, we also assist individual employees to make successful career transitions or new beginnings.

• Outplacement and Job Search ; A customised programme for individuals at all levels to manage the transition to new employment.
• Career Planning and Coaching;A service to assist individuals with career direction and with CV preparation and interview skills.
• Training and group workshops; We are able to provide support either as an integrated package or customised modules, such as: Resourcing Leaders during Change / Employee Support during Change
