13th February 2011 I am writing to lodge a complaint about one of your staff members,
i was waiting to be seen to,then i remembered that i had left my lock for my bike at work, i asked the lady if i could leave my bike inside by the door there was room there and it was out of the way.She said no, i had no choice to cancell my
appointment, even though i was ill, because i didnt want to leave my $600 bike
unlocked outside because of this i am thinking of finding a new healthcare provider. This lady has no compassion for others.
