Karina sees clients who either self refer or are referred by a Doctor or by companies, through their Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
Karina's practice is based on the Cognitive Behavior Therapy model and other evidence based treatments. Her treatment is solution focused and goal oriented. She offers short-term interventions (approx 10 sessions) for adolescents, adults and couples.
