Do tenants pay a letting fee?
Tenants do not pay a letting fee. They pay only a bond and the first rent in advance when starting their tenancy. Quinovic works solely for the property owner, who pays a fee for property management services. There are no conflicts of interest.
How will I know what is a fair market rent for my property?
From its database and extensive experience in the marketplace, Quinovic can provide independent rental appraisals for their clients and prospective clients - all you need to do is ask.
What do your services include?
Quinovic's services include: locating suitable tenants, gaining fixed-term tenancies, bond administration, regular 3-monthly property inspections and reports, as-required property maintenance and repairs, rent collection, payment of rent by direct credit to the owner's bank account 5 working days after receipt, regular rent reviews, monthly reporting and financial statements sent to owners, and online log on access to owners' property records and financial statements.
Will I get value for money?
Quinovic is a "premium" provider of property management services. However, their systems and processes more than cover the cost of management by ensuring a fair market rent is always maintained, there is less downtime between tenancies, and the property is well maintained.
