6th March 2012 I have bought some cakes & slices to take away from Butlers Chocolates in Coastlands Mall Paraparaumu, Kapiti Coast & I am disappointed & indeed surprised that your staff do not have paper plates to place the food. Last week I bought 3 slices of the lemon sponge cake & they all stuck together & looked a mess when I opened the bag. I have friends who have found the same situation & will not buy any more cakes, etc from Butlers because we were told there are no paper plates. You will lose custom for this very fact. Surely your budget could extend to paper plates as you are a large organisation.
