25th June 2008 John is an excellent personal trainer, taking an holistic approach in helping me set realistic health and weight loss goals, challenging limiting beliefs and then putting in place effective strategies for improvement. John incorporates a variety of techniques, including a weekly personal training session, focused on strength training and boxing, plus a gym programme for toning and cardio, tailored to my goals. He has also included recommendations for nutrition improvements.
I would highly recommend John as a personal trainer to anyone wanting to address any health need such as fitness, strength, tone and flexibility and for weight loss.
