I found Balance Massage on Finda and they were great. My massage was with Lisa for a remedial and I can say it was the best remedial massage I've ever had.

I came across Balance at the 2008 Run Auckland Series. Sue treated me for a calf injury which occurred during the first race and with Sue's treatment I was able to run a couple of the later races in the series. Since then Sue has helped improve my muscle strength and maintain a level at which I can run without fear of the injury recurring through sports massage. I have a regular slot at Balance, visits I look forward to, not only for treatment of physical injuries, but at times for a relaxation massage in a professional environment, to talk running and many other health and non-health related matters with Sue. I would favourably recommend Balance to anyone looking for treatment.

I first tried Balance on a recommendation from a friend after my tried and trusted massage therapist moved away from New Zealand. I was prepared to be disappointed, having felt like I'd had to try several practitioners in order to appreciate the value of the person I'd been seeing previously, but was immediately convinced and have kept a regular booking with Sue ever since. Apart from the palpable effectiveness of her technique, there's the equally important x-factor of personality and approach. Her present-ness and professionalism just click for me. I've recommended Sue and Balance to anyone who's asked about massage since.
