Excellent. We come here every month or so, the food is always great, and management are always quick to rectify any customer concerns. We're here tonight, and had two Spreets vouchers. Unfortunately some low life had managed to cash in our voucher number (WTF Spreets, sequential voucher numbers FFS?!), anyways, the manager offered us the meals for free, even though I managed to find the pair that I bought also. Great experience and a good honest restaurant.

Nando's Peri-Peri chickens are trimmed of fat, marinated for 24 hours, flame-grilled to order and basted in your choice of zesty Lemon & Herb, Mild, Hot or Xtra Hot Peri-Peri sauce. Nando's also has a great variety of burgers, wraps, salads and kid's meals. But be warned: Nando's is addictive.

When we want some comic relief, we go to this Nando's.... We've visited several times over the years and have been happy. But over the last couple of months, service has become abysmal. Over the course of several weeks, we ordered chips-nothing more-just chips. Once walking in and ordering and twice calling in for takeaway. Our orders took 20, 25, and 35 minutes! During these times, Nando's wasn't busy, just 3-5 orders on the go. The fun is watching the back of the house work: Everyone scatters to far corners of the kitchen and then come back together to look at, point to, and talk about the current order. They point and converse for 3-4 minutes, scatter for a minute or two and then all come back to look at, point to, and talk about the same order again. This happens over and over. Meanwhile, there's nothing on the grill or in the fryer. It's intriguing because I have no idea what they are doing when they scatter. I can report that everything is done linearly and there's no multi-tasking. Only one portion of someone's meal gets cooked at a time. Then, the plate sits under the lights until the chips or whatever else is prepared 5-15 minutes later. Once the 2-3 portions of the meal have all made it to the plate, it finally gets served to the customer. Then, the next meal is prepared. It doesn't matter if there's two meals on the same order. One person gets theirs while the other people at the same table have to wait. My next little project is to walk in, place an order for chips, then drive to the Nando's in Riccarton, order chips there, wait for them, then drive back to this Nando's to see if the first order is ready yet. The Nando's in Riccarton is on top of it with good food and service. I've written Nando's headquarters about this but never heard anything back nor seen any changes.

I have been going to this particular location for the last three years or so. It seems that over the last 9 months, the management is NOT the same.Consequently, pretty much every time I eat there they are running out of something! The last time they ran out of fries so I had rice instead as a side. And, today they have run out of the nice hard buns for my Supremo chicken burger so they gave me soft and easily breakable ones. Notwithstanding, the cheese which the cook/manager seems to have conveniently forgotten in my burger. Not that it precisely comes with cheese but the picture depicts it to be with cheese! False advertising anyone? The only positive note was that I requested a free Coke for changing the burger buns on me, which they happily provided. Caveat Emptor when you next visit that particular Nando's!

Nandos Beckenham is a fantastic place to eat. The staff are very friendly and while the rest of the shops beside them have crumbled in the CHCH earthquakes this restaurant is still standing and open 7 days a week for everyone to enjoy the delicious "Nandos" taste and experience.

I love nandos, the peri peri sauce is so full of flavour i have even been buying it from the supermarket. The chicken burgers and wraps are far more delicous than other similar causal restaurants, would defintely reccomend.

Great food so diffrent that you can get other places and there sauces are amazing i love that if you like them you can buy to take home
