Te Puke Service Centre along side KFC in Jellicoe Street. The big bright premises is handier to town, the building has been refurbished inside and out, and the workshop has been topped off with the very latest equipment including new wheel alignment and tyre fitting machines.

Owner operators, Peter and Lorraine Robertson have been servicing and repairing vehicles in Te Puke since 1985.

"People spend a lot of money on their vehicles and they want to know they're being well looked after," says Peter.

We talk a lot about 'preventative maintenance' being the best present for your vehicle. Regular checks to change oil and filter as well as carry out visual inspections on brakes, hoses etc.

Although you might not have a problem straight away, without regular servicing small faults can escalate into costly repairs and could result in the vehicle being off the road for long periods of time.

Te Puke Service centre have invested in several pieces of equipment such as a Disc brake Laithe, Transmission and coolant flush systems as well as hi - tech diagnostic computers. As well as tyre fitting and wheel alignment equipment.

"We have Suzuki and Kia scan tools as well as generic diagnostic scanner that reads most Japanese vehicles. By connecting the vehicle to these scanners we can check for fault codes that may be sorted in the memory of the vehicles computer."
