The Novotel Queenstown Lakeside underwent a major refurbishment in 2007 ($13 million) and today offers new and upgraded rooms and facilities, furnished with the finest of comforts and conveniences. Guests enjoy the location's natural features through superb, uninterrupted views, and can also choose to stay in a Garden View Room, newly-built Premium Room or a Lakeview Room.

All rooms feature an LCD TV, broadband Internet and open air balcony or patio. Ski storage, spa pool, guest laundry, valet parking ($10 per night) and Internet stations are also available.
