JUCY carefully hand selects each car and designs and builds every camper van right here in New Zealand. The servicing of all JUCY vehicles is computer monitored as part of the JUCY Care Programme. Vehicles are put through a rigorous post-hire inspection and on pre-hire are "Quality Checked" by two members of our team. While on the road, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, the vehicles are covered 24 hours a day by AA (Automobile Association).

18th March 2010 From Zena - 'I have recently just hired a people mover for an extended weekend. I must admit at first when I booked the car online I was kind of disappointed as it did let me book the car for 3 days even though there was a minimum of 5 days rental which I only found out after I booked the car via email. But luckily the staff were very helpful and they have let me hire the car for the three days with the original total I had been quoted and the service was fabulous. I highly recommend them and highly recommend stress free insurance as it is truly a piece of mind. Loved the car, loved the service and would recommend it to everyone. I will be back to hire another car with Jucy Rental soon for sure.'

Nothing was a problem for the staff at Jucy Auckland Airport. We hired exactly what we wanted, without any fuss. I was dreading the drop off as it has been my experience that this can take a L-O-N-G time while the car is gone over by staff with looks of great concern on their faces. I was travelling with 3 children and had a plane to catch so didn't need the act, and I didn't get it. What I did get was a happy hello, how are you, we'll just go and check the car out, a quick finalising of accounts and then the Jucy Shuttle took us to the airport. Thank you very much'
