Rates start from $19 per day with a range of vehicles to choose from starting with our small hatchback up to our larger 8 seater minivans. JUCY offers discounted rates for long term hires or for groups making JUCY a great option for your rental car needs to get you exploring New Zealand.

Jucy was launched in New Zealand by brothers Tim and Dan Alpe. Tim and Dan have an extensive background in the tourism industry, previously being employed by leading New Zealand tourism company, Tourism Holding Limited (THL). With their intricate understanding of the industry they recognised that there weren(TM)t many car rental companies with affordable, reliable cars for rent. To fill this gap they came up with the concept for Jucy; a unique car hire company providing affordable yet luxurious cars and campervan rentals.

JUCY carefully hand selects each car and designs and builds every camper van. The servicing of all JUCY vehicles is computer monitored as part of the JUCY Care Programme. Vehicles are put through a rigorous post-hire inspection and again on pre-hire are ~Quality Checked(TM) by two members of our team. While on the road, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, the vehicles are covered 24 hours a day by AA (Automobile Association).
