Seriously You Director and Therapist, Birgit Spahn, has a German Degree in Therapy and throughout her whole adult life has practiced Naturopathy and Homeopathy.
After the birth of her 4th child, Birgit entered an early menopausal state after losing a lot of her female hormones.
Birgit's Doctor said he wasn't able to help - this is what inspired Birgit to study medicine and the science of anti-aging.
Birgit's clientele are extremely important to her and she is passionate about her work. She is a firm believer in detoxification as our bodies need to be clean in order to function properly.
