Buildable Layouts Ltd is fully independent, working directly with designers and architects. This gives you and your client more flexibility and speed when applying for a building consent.

*Truss layout
*Fixing design
*Lintel design where girder trusses are supported

*More efficient roof design
*Eliminate potential issues with trusses/structure
*Able to supply dxf of layout (no need to re-draw layout)
BLL PS1's accepted by all councils in Auckland region:
*Registered with councils as a PS1 provider
*Also able to supply layouts for jobs outside your region
New Zealand Standards:
*BLL layouts are designed using New Zealand Approved Standards
*Commonly used timber sizes and grades are used in designs
*Provides compatibility with different fabricator systems
Fabricator use of Truss layouts:
*Trusses are laid out using industry accepted, common methods
*No restrictions placed on use of layout
*Mitek and Pryda Fabricators can work off BLL layouts
