Well I'm a first timer ConnectNZ pleased to see them on the net.Real Friendly staff great on the phone but Courier company they use could be better. Will write a review on service when I Know and good luck to them for the year.

I had an insurance claim go through these guys and i was plagued with delays. They never contacted me to let me know i had to deposit my excess into their account. I paid the excess and waited another week before calling them back, they told me they were waiting on parts. After waiting another week i called them again where they told me i hadn't paid my excess - I confirmed that i had indeed paid my excess and they sent my laptop back out. I received my laptop a day later only to discover the lid was covered in scratches
