The Yoga Ground studio, located on Ponsonby Rd, Auckland, is set in a spacious old warehouse with loads of natural light and room. A calm and bright space created for your practice.
Susan Allen, who is running the Yoga Ground, completed her training in India in the Sivananda Yoga discipline and has been teaching since 2002. The classes offered are a lovely balance between the physical aspect of yoga and the creation of a meditative, quiet space - teaching yogic postures, breathing, chanting, meditation and yogic philosophy.
There's beginners, open and private classes available. All classes are drop-in or you can buy a concession pass for better value. We also teach Pregnancy yoga, Yoga for kids as well as weekend workshops and retreats.

Location: 136 Ponsonby Rd. Corner of Ponsonby Rd and Richmond Rd. Entrance is 20m down Richmond Rd (off Ponsonby Rd) on the right through the wire gates in the middle of the warehouse.
