LAND & MARINE DRAINAGE LTD are specialists in waste water and storm water repairs. Separation of sewer & resolving flooding problems including open cut drilling for commercial & residential sectors.
20th April 2010 Land & Marine Ltd were engaged to remedy a drainage issue which arose because the existing system had too many drain pipes feeding into a narrow grate & catch pit. To fix the problem they needed to dig up a lawn and drill under a garden bed & across a 4-car wide concrete drive to install a new drain. Despite the drive’s concrete being thin & fragile in places they did the job without any damage. The site was cleaned afterwards to the highest standard I have seen from a tradesperson. The lawn and garden beds were replanted and watered and on completion there was no evidence of the lawn or plants having been removed. They took the utmost care with all aspects of the job and treated the property as if it was their own. Warren Glynn explained things very clearly and patiently to the 3 owners of the property, was polite, respectful, reliable and completed the job promptly within the cost quoted. I have no hesitation recommending Land & Marine Ltd.

23rd April 2009 I recently engaged Land and Marine to reconstruct a coastal stormwater outfall in Auckland, the project was tricky due to several factors, working within the Coastal Management Area (CMA), working within a watercourse, working within the dripline of numerous protected trees.
Land and Marine had the skills not only to get in and get the job done, but had the expertise to complete the project under stringent Resourse Consent Conditions, on time and under budget.
