The following service features are incorporated into every EAPworks programme as required:
Prompt Assistance 24/7
Support and advice is available on a 24 hour on-call basis followed by referral if required. Every effort is made to ensure that employees are seen in accordance with their need.
On-site support:
Regular on-site EAP support provided by an independent professional.
Critical Incident/Workplace Accident Support Service
EAPworks provides prompt access to the EAP/Critical Incident Service to all its clients. Debriefing is important where a workplace crisis or accident occurs
Specialist services:
Counsellors have a range of skill and experience in key areas - grief, parenting issues, drug and alcohol, family violence, power and control issues, understanding or workplace contexts especially change management and conflict. Couple counselling is a core skill and counsellors are highly skilled in dealing with relationship issues. A number of counsellors are DVA-accredited to deliver stopping violence programmes and others are skilled in substance abuse counselling.
Agencies with specific expertise are used for referral sources as a matter of normal effective business practice, for example CADS, Bridge Programme, Women's Refuge, Anger Management, Problem Gambling. Other services available within the EAPworks include career development and planning, clinical supervision, coaching, conflict resolution, team development, outplacement change support and management mentoring.

EAPworks will provide direct access to counsellors and other support personnel for employees who may be affected by family, personal, or work-related issues that adversely affect work performance.

Having caught up with stress at work and home I was lost at the cross roads, until EAPworks came into the scene.
